Partial Glossectomy and Sentinel Node Biopsy with ligasure Small Jaw
I graduated with honors at the University of Verona's ORL Clinic in 1985.
My main professional training is related to the service provided for about 10 years at the Division of Otolaryngology and Cervical Facial Surgery of the “Regina Elena Institute” in Rome, directed by Professor Francesco Marzetti, where I learned and practiced all major cancer surgery in the cervical-facial district.
Since 1998 I have been the director of the “Otorhinolaryngology Complex Operating Unit” of the San Carlo Hospital in Rome. I treat every otorhinolaryngology pathologies of the nose, mouth, sinuses, larynx and neck, with an experience of more than 7000 surgeries.
The areas of scientific interest in which I am most involved, are laryngeal and oral laser surgery, sentinel lymph node biopsy and pathology of the salivary glands and thyroid, areas in which I have published essays and organized courses and conferences, at international and national level.
